Joyce’s vision is for believers to intimately know God and become healed, passionate world-changers for Christ. She understands the struggles of living and leading for Christ today and cuts to the heart of the issues that challenge us—and still makes us laugh. Her compassion and wisdom come from 30 years within the fire of ministry life, her love for the Body of Christ, and her personal walk with God.
Joyce inspires and ministers to believers and leaders around the world. She is the author of seven books, two of which—Lambs on the Ledge and Leading with Passion and Grace—have been translated into Chinese, Russian, and Portuguese. Her articles have appeared in many Christian Ministry Leadership magazines. Joyce and her husband, Jim, are currently in leadership at New Life Church, near Columbus, OH.

Passion Destroyers and Restorers
In this workshop, we will explore honestly those things that sap our energy, destroy our passion for ministry, and make us ashamed of our own attitudes and behavior. But we won’t stay there. We’ll individually discover the powerful choices that can restore peace and purpose to our work - in spite of all the challenges that do not go away. My prayer is that you will leave refreshed and with a better understanding of what it takes personally to succeed in the ministry to which God has called you. And if your passion was nearly gone when you walked in, you’ll leave with your passion restored!
