Rev. Esther M. White, for the last 47 years, has served the Church of Jesus Christ in variety of roles. A graduate of the West Indies School of Theology since 1957, Esther’s ministry has included pastoral work, Bible College lecturing, Church Administration, Christian Education, Directing Women’ Ministries and leading the Ministry of prayer in various congregations.
Esther has seen great success in directing Daily Vacation Bible School programs over the years in many countries.
The Lord greatly rewarded her labors in helping to establish the Nairobi Pentecostal Children’s Home in Kenya, East Africa a refuge for Street children; starting a Church in the Chapel of the Children’s Home. Esther was able to minister to both the children and community. Her duties included teaching the children both academics and skills training.
During this time Esther also served as Associate Pastor at Nairobi Pentecostal Church. She also started the Pastor’s Wives ministry and the Single Moms and Widows Ministry.
Rev. White is the wife of Rev. Dennis E. White. They are the parents of three children.
Rev. Esther White presently serves the Lord as a Pastor of Faith Alive Christian Centre in Malton, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. She currently leads the Children’s Department which includes Sunday school, Summer Programmes such as Vacation Bible School, summer Camp and Teacher Training. Esther also led the Church Chorale and Children’s Choir from 2001-February 2006. During this time she also headed up the Women’s Ministry Ministry and Intercessory Prayer Team. Among these many responsibilities, Esther also remains the Associate pastor giving help to the Senior Pastor and leadership to the Faith Alive Congregation.
