Elaine attends the Church Of God In Christ for All Saints in Morristown, New Jersey; where she serves as the Director of Christian Education. She is a wife, mother and grandmother.
Elaine is President and CEO of MTM Ministries and is also a Consultant and Workshop Facilitator for both religious and diversity topics. She is significantly involved in the Women’s Ministry.
She is a retired Assistant Vice-President of Human Resources for Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Elaine is the recipient of the Harlem YMCA of Greater New York Black Achiever’s Award and was also awarded the INROADS Best of Class Presenter’s Award. She serves on a number of boards and committees. Elaine is committed to the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ with a passion for teaching and working to buildup the body of Christ.

Leading Under the Anointing of the Holy Spirit
This workshop will offer methods to develop an anointed approach to leading when feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and ineffective. Today’s leaders of excellence will be required to have more than knowledge of the work of the ministry. This workshop will also inspire you to probe to a deeper level of knowledge of the Holy Spirit’s attributes, actions, revelations and inspiration as it relates to leadership.
