Rev. Dr. Maria A. Seaman was raised in the New Testament Church of God, Bermuda from the age of six years. In 1997 God spoke to her about becoming a pastor, and released her in 2005 to start making preparation to move out of the Church of God into her purpose and destiny.
September 2006, Shekinah Worship International Ministries (S.W.I.M.) was birthed. This church is a cutting edge ,global ministry reflecting our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. After twenty years as an educator, Pastor Seaman felt the tug of God into full time ministry.In June 2007 she traded teaching about life ( biology), to teaching people how to have eternal life.
Dr. Maria A. Seaman is an author, a radio show host and newspaper columnist. She is married to Elder Kent Seaman and they have three lovely daughters.
Her favorite scripture is St. Matthew 6:33, and her favorite saying is "the safest place to be is in the will of God"
